*Disclaimer:
In this agreement, Michael Foran is refered to as Decapitator.
This agreement describes the terms on which Decapitator, offers you access to an account enabling you to play the MMOBG (Massive Multiplayer Online Browser Game) "Ambroid". By creating an account you accept the terms and conditions below.

* Use:
Use of Ambroid and associated services is done so at your sole risk. Decapitator provides the game and all associated services "as is" and disclaims all warranties or conditions of any kind, be they expressed, implied or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Decapitator does not ensure continuous, error-free or secure operation of Ambroid, associated services, or your account.
Decapitator reserves the right to change or delete parts of the website or the whole website, or even to close the service temporarily or finally.

* Liability:
Decapitator is not liable for any lost profits or special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of Ambroid or associated services. This includes but is not limited to loss of account information and loss of in-game items/data resulting from errors, system downtime, or adjustments of gameplay.

* Conduct:
For the duration of holding a Ambroid account you agree to abide by the "Ambroid Game Rules". Severe rule violations may result in deletion of your account and termination of all associated services without compensation.
Users who are permanently banned from Ambroid for excessive rule violations ("permaban" entries in the Moderative Actions List) have permanently lost all privileges to access Ambroid or any associated services. Decapitator will immediately remove reappearing accounts of permabanned users.
Furthermore, Decapitator reserves the right to temporarily block IP addresses from the sign-up or log-in pages if they see fit to do so.

* Security:
Decapitator is not responsible for the security of a user's account, regardless of account status. A user should never disclose passwords or other sensitive data to others. Downloading files or visiting links offered by a third party on the Ambroid website happens at the user's sole risk.
Decapitator will never ask for your password or any other sensitive information. Decapitator is not responsible for any damage or losses caused by a compromised account.

* Content:
Decapitator is not responsible for any content linked to or referred to from the Ambroid website, unless i have full knowledge of illegal content and have had reasonable opportunity to remove, block or otherwise prevent visitors to the site from viewing said material. Any damage incurred from viewing links presented on the Ambroid website is the responsibility of the author of those sites, not the individual who has placed the link. Decapitator reserves the right to remove or edit forum posts, private messages and chat entries when they contain content that is vulgar, offensive or otherwise breaks the game rules.
Additionally Decapitator will not be held liable for the content of any material presented by users in the forums, chat rooms, or in private messages.

* Material:
Contents of the Ambroid manual and all game features exist only for role-playing purposes and are purely fictional. Any resemblance to real life events or persons is purely coincidental. Decapitator does not encourage the use of illegal drugs, slave trade, piracy, or any other immoral or illegal activities in real life.

* Paypal and cash transactions:
Decapitator is not liable for any money or funds lost due to postage or paypal error. Decapitator also reserves the right to terminate a premium player at any time. If a user is not happy with their premium service, there is a 10 day no quibble refunds policy. Premium service is terminated at the end of the games season (season reset).

* Copyright:
Copyright for all material created by Decapitator is reserved. Duplication or use of Ambroid material, including but not limited to images, diagrams, sounds or text, in electronic or printed format, is not permitted without express written consent by Decapitator.

Please read the rules below carefully:

* Accounts:
The maximum amount of accounts permitted per household / IP is 1. At no time are you allowed to create an account for another user. If the user cannot create an account due to email problems, contact Decapitator for help. Schools, organizations, clubs etc are allowed a maximum of 30 accounts, 1 account per person, providing notice is given to Decapitator. Decapitator will then provide you with a page to which, you can make the accounts. Proof of school / club /organization is required, this scheme also includes net cafés, Providing a phone number is valid. Phone numbers may also be requested for schools and organizations.

* Premium Accounts:
premium users are highlighted red in the Alliance page. These users are able to use there custom built unit in war. These users have no unfair advantages in the game and so will be banned if they cheat or commit any other rule breaking. The game is designed to be fair to play for all users.

* Passwords:
Do not share the same password with your friends or give out your account details. It is strongly suggested that passwords contain at least numbers and letters.

* Exploits:
You may not exploit the game code in anyway shape or form.

* Game Issues:
You agree only to contact the admin of the game through the support system, regarding in game issues and potential cheaters. You may be ignored by Admin If you contact using the message system in the game.

* Assassination Accounts:
Prohibited. Any such user found to be using multple accounts will be banned.

* Inactive Accounts:
There will be a mass clearage of inactive accounts every month. Providing you have logged into the game at least 1 time during the season, this will not occur.

* Explicit material:
You herby accept that 3rd parties, including various images and/or videos in the game that contain explicit material may be present and under no circumstance is this related to the game in anyway. You agree that you may possibly be exposed to such material (potential over 18 content), in such event the administrator is in no way responsible for this material being on the site, as it is linked to another 3rd party. Admin will try their best to reduce such material however.

* You also hereby commit that if in such event your account is hacked at no time is admin responsible for the re-imbursement of your account, unless there is sufficient evidence to prove such incident.

Failure to follow these rules will result in the banning of your account.
